What counts as a sent email?

One accepted message injected into your MTA — a reception in GreenArrow terms, a Reception record in KumoMTA. Everything downstream is free: retries, deferrals, bounces, opens, clicks, complaints and unsubscribes never change your bill.

How is the price calculated?

A flat $99 a month covers your first 10 million sends. Above that it is graduated, like tax brackets: $1.75 per million from 10M to 100M, then $0.80 per million from 100M to 1B. Annual billing charges 10 months instead of 12, so two months are free.

How does that compare with other deliverability platforms?

A typical enterprise deliverability platform lists around EUR 325 a month up to 100M and EUR 100 for each additional 100M. Converted at roughly 1.08 USD per euro, BigStats lands about 25% under that at every comparable volume — and much further under it below 100M, where those entry prices are flat. Every BigStats feature, including pool and cluster forensics, is included rather than sold as an add-on.

Nothing breaks and there is no overage penalty. We reconcile the plan against the volume BigStats actually ingested and tell you before anything changes. Above 1B a month we move to a custom agreement with dedicated capacity and an SLA.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time from the dashboard. Billing stops at the end of the current period, and you can export your reports and raw event data as CSV or through the JSON API before the workspace closes.
