Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on BigStats plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Paid plans also start with a 7-day free trial, so you can evaluate the service before any charge is taken.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or invoice number, or write to us at hello@bigstats.email and we will assist you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page in your dashboard, or through Paddle. On cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
